First, I would like to wish a belated Happy 2nd Birthday to my precious nephew, Yoni!!! I can't wait to see you next month when I get home. I look forward to you entering the "Terrible Two's" and becoming a Holy Terror for your parents and grandparents!!! Love you bunches!!!

I would also like to wish little Phillip Aaron a very happy birthday (also yesterday). He was born @ 5:30 pm to my co-worker Caryn. I'm so excited for her and her family!!
In other news, I had a wonderfully exciting day today. I met with the "powers that be" about the new program and it should be starting very soon! We made many changes to the policies and procedures and they used every one of my new ideas! I've been given a great deal of responsibilities and I hope to not let anyone down. Hopefully my counterpart will be hired in the next few weeks so that we have a full team and can get started soon.
Aside from all of that, my father-in-law is in town for a couple of days and is living on our couch. He's visiting for a funeral but we're glad to have him. He and Sam have been enjoying partaking in the local libations (Go Brooklyn Brewery!!) and the local pizza joint.
