Today is my father-in-law's 61st birthday. According to my sister-in-law, he is just now "Over the Hill" but we were under the impression that 40 began "Over the Hill". If anyone could clear this up, it would be appreciated.
Okay, back to Stewart's Birthday Wishes!!!! Happy Happy Birthday Stew!!! I (We) wish you many more years of health and happiness. Please enjoy life, take care of your wife and feel proud that you helped raise two amazing kids (one of whom is my kick-ass husband).
Thank you for all of the off-color jokes and stories, for all of the random information and for always being there when we need you.
And thanks for taking care of our girls!!!!

Whoa Nelly -
I think I'm just feeling my own age here, thinking I am getting closer to the 40-yr-old mark with every passing day.
Mom and I had an interesting conversation this afternoon. What stuck with me most was her telling me not to lose my inner child.
Since I am acutely feeling the weight of all my responsibilities lately, I think I was a little sensitive about the "Over-the-hill" thing, and I feel like there is no child left inside (at least not right this second).
And anyway, isn't there an old adage that says something about you're only as old as you feel?
BTW - I love this picture! I have the original, uncropped version as part of my screensaver at work along with my favorite pic of my bro and sis-in-law's faces and a ton of Yoni pics.
We love you "Non-Sequitur" Man - and HAPPY BIRTHDAY! to the man who hates celebrating all that nonsense
Well, personally I think "over the hill" now must be at least 70. So you young 'uns have a long way to go. And you are absolutely right Brenda you are only as old as you feel. And most of the time I can't even believe I'm the age I am. I alos like that--not to lose your inner child. We should all remember that.
Again Happy Birthday Stewart! We hope to see all of you soon.
Love,
Barb/Mom
Ok.....I should spell check--sorry about the alos which of course should be also.
